I decided to look for an agent because I quickly realized the process was going to be complicated and stressful and that is when Olya reached out. She helped my daughter rent an apartment Downtown Toronto. As of the fist day, Olya has always been available to answer any of our questions since we are out of province. She was extremely patient and listened attentively to ours needs. We were going to be in town for only one day and my daughter had a list of places to go see because she wasn’t sure what she wanted . Olya was well informed about the Downtown area. The transaction process was very easy, she made sure we had all the paperwork ready to go, if ever we needed to make an offer that day.
