Oksana was very welcoming and guided us throughout the whole process. As a first time homebuyer, purchasing a home was very stressful but having Oksana with us to answer any questions, give us guidance and provide us with good lawyers and inspection was a blessing.

Oksana was recommended to me and I'm glad I called. She was great to work with. Very accommodating with my schedule. When I was ready to go, she jumped into action. Has a great eye for staging, (almost didn't want to leave). Handled all the paperwork quickly and professionally. With all the limitations I put on purchasing a new place, she still prevailed and was able to find the perfect place and get possession date to accommodate the sale of my place so we wouldn't be homeless. I would highly recommend Oksana to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Oksana was such a pleasure to work with! She was always quick to respond and set up tours, meetings, or send over new listings that met our criteria. She was detailed in her initial questions to help understand exactly what we were looking for in a home, which helped narrow down our options immensely into homes that met our needs, meaning we did not have to spend time going in to see listings we did not absolutely love. Oksana is amazing!🥰 She did above my expectations; informing me the available houses on the market that match my budget and criteria, picking me up since I just moved to Edmonton and no car yet. She showed me some houses, townhouses and apartments in some areas. She helped me to get my first home, my family’s so happy and so am I🎉! It’s our big dream to own a house, that’s why we left Toronto and started our new life here. Definitely, I will recommend her to my family and friends who want to sell or buy property.
