<p>Norm went above and beyond selling our investment property. He gave us good advice to get the house ready for sale, he was very accommodating to our schedule, and was present for all the showings. He was able to negotiate a fair deal and get the house sold quickly and for top dollar.</p>

<p>This was my first home to sell, so I was a little nervous about the process and what to expect. Norm was approachable, informative, and really knowledgeable. He took the time to explain options and provide rationals around how/why things are done/ could be done. Norm broke down the process of selling and what I could realistically expect time wise and market wise. He was professional, timely, and I never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions. It was such a fluid process and there weren't any surprises. I'd totally recommend him!</p>

<p>Norm is systematic, precise and punctual for his appointments. What I like in him is that he takes extra care to listen and understand the need at first and then puts the right kind of options in front of the client, takes time and patience to show each of the properties in his shortlist, explains the pluses and minuses and leaves the decision to the customer. Once decided Norm helps to ensure timely closure. A great realtor to work with.</p>
