Norm has been fantastic from the very beginning. We were looking for a 2-bedroom condo in a time the market was quite challenging. He was very honest and open about the realities of the market, but was always defending our interests with the best intentions. We were able to get what we were looking for in about a month. Norm is a very ethical realtor that we could trust in, and always went the extra mile for us. He was easy to communicate with and replied very promptly even on weekends and evenings. We would absolutely recommend working with Norm if you are looking for a trustworthy realtor to buy or sell your property.
