I recently had the pleasure of working with Norm on the purchase of my new home, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Norm is absolutely amazing! He helped us find our first home in Burnaby. He helps you out in everyway possible. He is very knowledge in local area, so he can give you the historical background of a property and any issues or good things about the property. He was very patient with us and understood our property needs and constraints that we had. He was not pushy, and was able to adjust to our reasons of making/not making an offer. He worked hard and worked in our favour to reduce the price of the property. Excellent in communication! you can ask any questions, and he will help you out and quickly. He even helped us with things like inspection, mort gage, insurance. His recommendations were all very good as well. All in all, we are very happy with Norm as our property agent. He is our to go person in future as well. Thank you Norm!

Norm was incredibly professional and very efficient in selling our place. He was able to get it market-ready within days and we were able to find a buyer shortly thereafter offering what we were hoping to sell for. Had it not been for Norm's advice, organization and ability to react to the market....we would have likely had the home on the market for much longer and may have had to settle for a lower sale price. We will definitely work with Norm on our next home, and I recommend you do as well.

Norm has been an absolute joy to work with! I tend to be very demanding of professionals and ask a ton of questions, especially as a first-time home buyer. Norm was able to address all of my questions and give me confidence to navigate the market. We encountered a very *very* difficult seller, but Norm was there to help us through a difficult negotiation and helped us close on our dream home! I truly believe Norm's heart is in his work.
