Norm has been our Realtor since 2012 when my wife and I purchased a presale with him. He also represented us when we were buying a North Vancouver townhouse in early 2017 amid the frenzy of a heating market. Norm's professionalism and experience helped us defeat multiple other offers to get our dream townhouse. Without him, I don't think we would've gotten that home. Norm goes above and beyond to understand his clients wants/needs in a new home and he definitely delivers. He's patient, professional, and understands the industry inside out. I'd recommend Norm to anyone in a heartbeat.

I really enjoyed working with Norm. He carried himself professionally, and he had a good sense of humour. He was very knowledgeable about the market, the neighbourhood I was looking at, and different negotiating strategies. He was also very diligent in going over offers and other documents with me, making sure I understood everything before signing. He was always available to answer my questions, and got back to me quickly. I also appreciated that Norm was never pushy--he always presented things to me in a straightforward manner, and he was realistic about price expectations, market value, etc. Once I bought a home, Norm was helpful in recommending home inspectors, insurance agents and notaries public (and he was transparent about the fact that he doesn't get any kickbacks from them). He even offered tips about home repairs. Overall, I felt comfortable working with Norm, and I felt confident that he was looking out for my best interest. I would definitely work with Norm again.
