Nida has been our realtor for 10 years. We bought 4 properties with her help. Each one she did her due diligence to research on the property. She looks after the interest of her clients to make sure they get the property they want at a fair price. She taught me on how to invest in real estate.

Ms. Nida is a highly experienced and Professional real estate agent. She guided us throughout, from finding the right home for our family to an inspection of the house until the last negotiation. She had our 100% trust and did not fail us. If by chance, we would love to work with her again next time.

Nida is the best realtor we know. My wife and I started renting a condo and soon decided to purchase a house after a year. As an immigrant/ new comer, we don’t have enough knowledge on what are the possible considerations to take, but, she guided us step by step and offered advises when needed and was very patient in step of the way. She is very expert/ has wide knowledge about real estate, from renting/buying/selling/investments and others. We retained her and have purchased new townhouse with our 2 kids(happy family) and invested properties. From our very first condo unit, to townhouse and with investment experience, I would definitely recommend everyone to approach Nida to be your Realtor, you won’t regret it!!!
