Nida is the best realtor we know. My wife and I started renting a condo and soon decided to purchase a house after a year. As an immigrant/ new comer, we don’t have enough knowledge on what are the possible considerations to take, but, she guided us step by step and offered advises when needed and was very patient in step of the way. She is very expert/ has wide knowledge about real estate, from renting/buying/selling/investments and others. We retained her and have purchased new townhouse with our 2 kids(happy family) and invested properties.
