We heard that selling your home is stressful, doubly so during a pandemic. However we had the good fortune of having Nicole as our Realtor. We literally packed up and handed her the keys and moved to a different province. Nicole took care of everything from arranging painting and floors to cleaning and staging. What is thought would be the most difficult part of moving was actually the easiest. We can’t thank Nicole enough for all that she did and how easy she made it for us. Chris and Stephanie

She has great contacts - she recommended our lawyer, out-of-area real estate agents to find our new house, and mortgage broker - all were also great to deal with and who guided us through buying and selling. Nicole has been a rock, calm, confident and eager. She has also been very flexible and willing to work around our schedule. With Covid and a 95 year old mother in law living with us, it's been stressful to accommodate people visiting. Nicole was able to keep the disruption to a minimum and work around the mother in law's sleep schedule (she naps a lot and I mean A LOT).

Nicole is the BEST! I can't say enough good things about her! She is a true professional. She approaches the sale with honesty, optimism and realistic expectations. She is caring and compassionate, but is tough and assertive when needed. She kept us informed every step of the way and gave us clear, precise directions on everything from getting the house ready to stage to follow up after the sale and on closing details. Even in the middle of a pandemic, she was a consummate professional and not only got the job done, but excelled at it. We are very happy with our decision to use Nicole as our realtor and very happy with the outcome of the sale. My husband and I will be going to her for all our real estate deals.

We would recommend Nicole to anyone looking to purchase a home, but especially anyone looking in the South Ajax area. We are very happy with our experience.
