We had to many anxieties about getting our house ready on time, but Nicole allayed those fears. She has a calm reassuring personality that just sets your mind at ease. I have known Nicole since she was a teenager, but even so, I decided to go through an interview process when selling my home. I found her to be a consummate professional, and even though we knew each other, she conducted herself in a totally businesslike manner. She priced our home right on the button, and it sold within a few days. I would recommend her highly, and her knowledge of real estate in Ajax is extensive.

Wow where do I begin. Nicole is amazing she’s not just an agent but a friend, a supporter, a listener. She really wants to know you and everything about you, your family and everything you need and want in a home. She will never let you settle. So here’s my story I have waited a long time to get my dream home. Had to wait for a settlement to afford it and Nicole was there every step of my long wait. Then the day came when it was finally my turn to find my dream home it was May of 2016. My dream was to live in Ajax but unfortunately that was a little out of reach so we starting looking in Whitby looking at many and finding some I loved. Then the bidding wars started and unfortunately after trying everything going 80,000-90,000 over asking we didn’t get them I was so frustrated so sad and mad thought I’m never going to find my dream home but Nicole was great always being reassuring it’ll happen that one just wasn’t for you there is something better out there. We will find it as much as you loved these there is something better. So then my stepmom posted a house in Barrie. And started thinking Nicole’s not going to want to travel to Barrie to see this house but by was I wrong she said find some houses up there and we’ll go one day and see them. So that’s what I did and one Friday road trip to Barrie and we went and saw five houses the one my stepmom posted being the last one. And that last one was it we all New it as soon as we walked in the front door it was home. So after looking and falling more and more in love Nicole started the offer in the car on the way home and by the time we got home we were the proud owners of 26 Simmons Cres in Barrie. I would highly recommend Nicole to everyone she is the best at what she does, she is very knowledgeable about everything from selling and buying and repairs just everything. If it wasn’t for Nicole I would have just settled for anything and not have found my dream home Thank you
