It was a pleasure to have Nicole sell our house for us! She made sure our photos were professional and beautiful, our listing was accurate and detailed. She was able to tell us what moves to make in order to sell the house quickly. She was very knowledgeable about prices in the area and provided us with all the information to assure us we were asking a good price. Whenever we had concerns, Nicole listened and was a voice of reason and action. I would definitely use her again to sell or buy a home!
