<p>Nicola is incredible and a complete stand out among realtors! It was the first time my husband had bought property (I had owned previously) and I remembered interviewing her and two other real estate agents; she came prepared with a presentation (the other two did not!), and she was very knowledgeable about the market. As well, when we asked the three agents we interviewed about one another, the other two gave rave reviews about Nicola, saying they had a great working relationship with her and calling her tenacious, hard working, and determined to do well for her clients (and one had an anecdote in which Nicola had kept calling him about a house that he sold that her clients still wanted!). They were right about her and she beat out the competition by a long shot.</p> <p>We ended up getting into a bidding war and, because Nicola sorted out our inspection and helped us be ready to move on a property in short order, we beat out the highest bid with her help by about $30k. She is classy, bright, experienced and you will not be disappointed. She will continue to be our go to in the years to come.</p> <p>We hold Nicola in the highest regard and I am positive you will love her too!</p>
