She quickly picked up on what features were important to us and was a star at scheduling viewings for us that quickly narrowed our search. She was quick to respond at all times. When it came time to make our offer, she spot on with the valuation and very professional and on the ball with the negotiation process. We had an accepted offer on our first and only offer, below asking price! She provided expert guidance through the purchasing process, explaining all the important terms and steps. It was a pleasure to work with her at all times and she kept us at ease during a hot market. We would gladly work with her again and recommend her to family, friends and colleagues.
