This is the 2nd house I've bought from Nicola and while the first one was fairly cut and dry this one took a bit more doing as I'm unfamiliar with NV but it didn't matter because she is. Furthermore, Nicola has so many contacts in terms of folks that she works with to support clients like me such as contractors, interior designers, etc. Nicola is a top tier professional and also just a cool person.

Nicola and her team worked very diligently to sell our house in West Vancouver in a changing market. They provided excellent service on all aspects of the listing and selling; from staging to videos/photos and open houses. They kept us updated with all interested parties. We received many compliments on the video listing. Nicola also found our new dream home and arranged the quick viewing and our successful purchase.
