He understands your financials and he can turn the deals into your favour by negotiations specially. He is very good at selling and buying houses because of his experience and negotiation skills. Getting you the right deals and keep you updated with the market trends. He is very trustworthy and he invest in you instead of getting the short term gains that most real estate agents are doing. I always found him responsible and accessible all the times.
