Had a great experience working with Nick Bhullar. This is our third time working with him, this time to find a tenant for our property. We clearly keep going back to him for our real estate needs. He is very invested in his client's interests and makes sure we get everything we r looking for whether it be a sale / purchase or lease. He has a wealth of knowledge and is very experienced and well versed with this market which is great for his clients. I would highly recommend Nick for all your real estate needs.

Nick made buying our house way easier than we expected. He listened to what we needed, showed us solid options, and didn’t waste our weekends. When we found the right one, he handled the back-and-forth with the seller and got us a fair deal. He’s still helping us. A week after closing, Not many realtors check in after the keys are handed over. Nick does. Highly recommend.
