Super happy with Nick so far. We contacted Labrosse Real Estate because we wanted to upgrade homes in Ottawa. Although plans changed and we ended up purchasing a new home though a builder, Nick was very helpful with our hunt and wanted us to go with the home that was ultimately the prefect fit for us. Nick helped us with narrowing down listings, viewing homes and putting in offers. When we let him know about our decision to go with a new build, he was genuinely happy that we found what we were looking for. It's refreshing to work with someone who sincerely has your best interest in mind and is not just chasing a commission. When the time comes to sell our current property after the new build is ready we will be using Nick as our selling agent and I will post an update with how that process goes. Thanks Nick

Nick helped me find the perfect rental property, I now generate lots of monthly positive cash flow. This was a property overlooked by many but Nick was able to show me the potential this home had.
