Super happy with Nick so far. We contacted Labrosse Real Estate because we wanted to upgrade homes in Ottawa. Although plans changed and we ended up purchasing a new home though a builder, Nick was very helpful with our hunt and wanted us to go with the home that was ultimately the prefect fit for us. Nick helped us with narrowing down listings, viewing homes and putting in offers. When we let him know about our decision to go with a new build, he was genuinely happy that we found what we were looking for. It's refreshing to work with someone who sincerely has your best interest in mind and is not just chasing a commission.
