My family and I really wanted to buy a home in Toronto in this hot market. I was in a multiple offer situation and Nick was able to save me over $50,000. He was able to advise me of the prices in the neighborhoods I was interested in. Another realtor would've just told me to pay my maximum budget to try to get the house. If you don't use Nick and his team, you will risk overpaying. Good guy.
