Hi everyone. I don't normally write reviews, but I know it is hard to find an amazing real estate agent and felt it was important to give feedback that might help others. I was under pressure to find and purchase a house in a short period of time. The first house I viewed with Nic was the one and he made it seamless from the offer to closing with a no pressure attitude accompanied with honest and good advice. So the deal is done and your relationship with your realtor is over right? Not with Nic, he was there to help me after closing from recommending some amazing individuals in the trade industry (HVAC, electrician etc.) to checking in and making sure everything was going well with the new house. I am grateful to have met this man as a realtor and will only deal with Nic and his team going forward. I hope this review helps you if you are in the market for a real estate agent!
