Neal is a down to earth guy & very personable. He gave us great advice to ensure a quick sale for top dollar. He knows the market and was excellent when it came to respecting our needs throughout the process. We would retain his services again in a heart beat!

We called Neal after not getting the results we wanted from other Realtors for 7-8 months on our home. Neal asked the questions about what our home had to offer that other realtor didn't, and promoted those to potential buyers. After a very short time we had an accepted offer and sold our home. We also used Neal to buy our new home which was not an easy buy with difficult seller of the home we wanted but he was diligent in working with their realtor to come to an acceptable agreement and we now have the home we want. Neal work hard for us and I would recommend him to everyone! Just go with the best first and do t waste time elsewhere.
