We had a great experience working with Nav! We hear from a lot of people that it's stressful to buy your first home. But with Nav it was really calm and he was able to explained us every step we were making during the process. He could understand our needs and help us to find the place that would fit better for our family. He was always available a text or call away when we need to clarify some doubts. All his partners (mortgage broker, notary and home inspector) were great as well. All of them are really good professionals. Nav guided us very well and helped to have a wonderful experience. My husband and I had a great experience having Navid represent us in the recent sale of our home in Port Coquitlam. Our home was sold in less than a week and 30k over the asking price due to the multiple offers we received only after the first round of showings on the first weekend. This was after we had experienced the frustrations of seeing our home not selling despite it being on the market for several months and at a much lower listing price. We recently purchased our first home in Canada and we are so happy Nav was our realtor helping us in this process. Since we met him for the first time, my wife and I felt Nav was a really nice guy with whom we were able to establish a great rapport. The main things we liked about him and that we could confirm throughout the whole process were: that he is a very honest person (which is something hard to find in the real-estate industry), his approach is to not be pushy, he was always having a very friendly attitude, was very professional, punctual and kept to his commitments, he was always making himself available to schedule viewings and accompany us, he was providing us regular updates on the situation of the market, he was able to recommend us a really nice mortgage specialist with whom we got an amazing rate!, the house inspector and the notary he recommended were also really good and professional. Moreover, Nav was very good at understanding the value of a property and coming up with an appropriate offer; likewise, he was an amazing negotiator during the purchasing process, which was something we really appreciated as things can/will become stressful; he was always looking for our best interest while at the same time being fair and respectful with the sellers and their agent. In addition to all this, the fact that Nav is originally Persian (although he grew up in Canada) means he is a warm and friendly person, which was one of the main characteristics we were looking in a realtor. Definitely would recommend him and I am sure you will also be happy to work with him!

It's hard to find an agent who prioritizes your needs over making a sale. Nav was patient, knowledgeable and consistent with his communication. He's someone you can actually trust in this industry. There were times where my husband and I wanted to move forward with a sale and he advised us against it, knowing it would not be in our best interest. We've purchased and sold multiple homes with him and would never consider anyone else. The price he sold our home was also the highest in our area. We have referred him to several of our family and friends and all of them have been very happy with his service as well.
