We utilized Navid Shahram as our realtor & loved our experience with him! As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and uncertainty regarding the process. He guided through every step clearly and patiently. He helped us navigate a very competitive and fast moving housing market with ease. He was fantastic during the negotiation process. He ensured we were investing our money wisely & getting everything we wanted from our home :) He also went above and beyond to connect us with professionals (notary, housing inspector, etc.) so that we were well taken care of at each step in the process! Navid is a professional, organized, patient and honest realtor. He would tell me both perspectives on what he likes about the home and what he doesn't like about it. He would give me scenarios if something were to happen, giving me all perspectives of the situation. He's always there to guide me every step of the way since I am a first-time home buyer. He even took his time making a short video on "Loom" explaining to me what things meant on the contract I was about to sign. Overall, he's very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him if you need a realtor!

Buying a house and selling another one at the same time at the top of the market (especially in this crazy market) was not an easy task which needs high level of effort and commitment and Nav has both. He was very professional with great personality. My stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met and selling my home at the right time. He is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent supporter. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see he moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair and for selling our home he did a great job in advertising and negotiation as well. He did his best and in addition to being our realtor he gave us the feeling of working with someone just like a family member. He is really amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home or sell a house you won’t regret.

Nav is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. His market analysis was really helpful for us to find the best option for our family and buying a great home in a very special and great location that fit right in our price range. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. One of the most important things about him was his honesty and for buying or selling your house, he acts as if it belongs to himself and does the best you can imagine. After dealing with several other brokers and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Nav. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a home or sell a house.

A really patient, professional and honest realtor. Our journey was quite long and took a couple of months. He always paid full attention to our criteria’s and tried his best to find properties which serve our requirements the best. Navid is a resourceful realtor and he was providing us different information and insights that helped us in our house hunting process. He was always there for us, day and night and even when we found our dream home, he did his best to describe all aspects of our decision. In the closing process he helped us finding an inspector in a very short notice. Interestingly he didn’t disappear even after completion, he is still following up to see if there is anything he can help with. All in all, our experience with Navid was really good.
