Natasha was a wonderful realtor to work with as first time home buyers new to the city of Regina. We felt like she was really looking out for us and cared about helping us to find the "right" home. She listened to us and got a good read on what we wanted and needed. Sometimes it felt like she had a clearer understanding of what we were looking for than we did! She knew the neighborhoods well and was able to answer any question we had about all the houses we looked at. When she didn't know an answer straightaway, she got back to us very quickly with the information. When it came to making an offer and finalizing the purchase, she was with us all the way. She helped us navigate the negotiation process in a way that felt good for us. She responded promptly to all of our questions and never made us feel like we were too needy. Overall, we would unreservedly recommend Natasha as a realtor to anyone, and especially new home buyers with young families.
