The market here is depressed, and the pricing on the house,(though she sold it before the sign was up) was immediately accepted, making my father wonder if dropping the additional 10K from the prior agents pricing had been necessary. Natasha knows her stuff and our city - that is very obvious. She has worked hard to get a good reputation and easily recognizable name in the industry - here, and wherever the internet can go! Natasha was wonderful to work with.... she is extremely knowledgeable and because of this the sale of our acreage occurred without a single issue.... even through the midst of COVID19!
