This is our 2nd time using Naomi. 1st for our last apartment purchase in 2020 and more recently for a recreational island property purchase in 2024. Despite not having direct experience on our specific island market her excellent reputation/relationships with other realtors and her wealth of knowledge in adjacent island markets made her an asset to our purchasing deal. Naomi's competency as a realtor is nearly as exceptional as a her skill of being wonderful, ethical, grounded human who understands the complex nature of human behavior and psychology in negotiation. Shes a fantastic, experienced realtor whos efficient, practical, skilled and goes the extra mile to make things happen. We were on our way out of town when our negotiation was happening and she went out of her way while we were gone to make the deal happen for us. We absolutely recommend her to anyone and will certainly call upon her again to sell or buy!

Naomi has been so wonderful in helping us navigate what can be a stressful, anxiety-filled time, allowing us to focus on the exciting parts of home buying. She will navigate through all of the legalese and contracts required with a calm, positive, and professional attitude.
