Myriam was recommended to us through a family member. When we arrived in Nanaimo from out of province, I emailed Myriam to let her know we had arrived. It was on a Sunday and her response time back was so impressive. We had a list of 6 homes that we wanted to view and she had all 6 viewings booked very quickly. We liked Myriam as soon as we met her....she was a wealth of information for us and was so knowledgeable, professional with a great sense of humour. We made an offer on a home with her guidance regarding price, closing dates, etc. Although another offer was in hand, Myriam went above and beyond by writing a letter to the seller on our behalf, which clinched our offer being accepted. Myriam was there for us every step of the way and was available to answer all of our queries in such a timely manner....we never had to wait for a response from her. Myriam truly made the whole home buying experience so easy, stress free and pleasurable...she handled everything in such a calm, professional manner and even provided the names of all the utility companies with their phone numbers and set up contact with a house insurance agent. We are so thankful that Myriam was our real estate agent and we would highly recommend her....you will not be disappointed. Thank you Myriam for all that you've done for us.
