She was patient, always available to answer my questions, and explained every step in simple, clear language while setting the right expectations. Even with my limited budget and the low chances of finding something that checked all my boxes, she encouraged me the whole way and never once made me feel like my business wasn’t important. I’m truly grateful for her guidance.

Myriam helped us find the perfect home in Nanaimo and relocate from Burnaby. We were pretty specific about what we were looking for and had a long wish list, so I feared it might take us many months to find a house. At no time did Myriam make us feel rushed or try to talk us into the wrong house - she faithfully picked us up from the ferry and drove us around Nanaimo to see property after property, dropping us off again after the tour, always with a sunny smile and great conversation. It felt like house hunting with a friend, which is what you hope for in a realtor! She was incredibly informed about the neighborhoods and possible issues with plumbing, etc, and I always felt like she was on our side. To my surprise, we found the perfect home for us after only a month of searching! I would absolutely use Myriam again and I would recommend her to anyone, hands down.
