Myriam was an amazing Realtor since the beginning, she quickly understood what we were looking for, and was very proactive when scheduling viewings, and negotiating. We will definitely recommend her services to our friends; it is so important to find someone who is as knowledgeable as she is, but at the same time, who takes time to hear you, and gives you space to make your own decision.

When we first met Myriam she was prepared to show us the property with a lot of information already in hand. Her preparation made viewing several properties at one meeting so efficient and helped us compare those properties easily. She quickly understood what we were looking for and suggested that we wait as other units in the complex would be coming up for sale and she suggested that they may better meet our expectations. Myriam was correct! By waiting barely a week, we found the perfect new home for us.

It was on a Sunday and her response time back was so impressive. We had a list of 6 homes that we wanted to view and she had all 6 viewings booked very quickly. Myriam was there for us every step of the way and was available to answer all of our queries in such a timely manner....we never had to wait for a response from her. Myriam truly made the whole home buying experience so easy, stress free and pleasurable...she handled everything in such a calm, professional manner and even provided the names of all the utility companies with their phone numbers and set up contact with a house insurance agent.
