Murtaza and Massi Siddiqui We first met Massi at our front door one day just asking if we were interested in selling, when it happened that we were about to put our house on the market. We had already spoken to 2 other agents and my husband and I decided to give them a chance at their presentation. So a couple days later Massi and Murtaza came over and explained to us the market trend in detail, our property value and what their pricing strategies would be, but also let us decide what we wanted to do. They described the flaws and the advantages we had in our home which helped us make our decision. Their approach was to give us the best price for our home and they delivered. They are very honest and hard working for their clients. In the end both seller and the buyer are very satisfied, which is the best scenario. Murtaza was a great negotiator and communicated with other agents very effectively. Massi has a great sense of staging, was excellent at open houses and getting feedbacks if there were any. Their full service from staging, cleaning and even lawyer closing service was amazing. They were very quick to respond to any questions we may have by text or phone at anytime of the day.
