Monte is the most amazing person I have ever met. His knowledge about real estate and everything makes him so interesting. It feels like you are house hunting with a best friend. He is absolutely phenomenal at being an agent, his honesty is refreshing. I bought my house in 2020, and three years later, I am still in love with it! So grateful I was able to have the pleasure to work with him. He seems to have background on everything. He was patient with me, as its such an emotional big purchase! He is so generous and I was so lucky to find him.I would highly recommend him!

In a tough real estate market Monte was creative and worked hard to get my property sold. He took the initiative to stage my property, make sure it showed well and and get feedback from any agents who viewed the property so that it stayed fresh and interesting to potential buyers.

I bought my first condo with Monte just over a year ago. My partner was passing away from cancer and I was making the big move back to Edmonton. Monte took all this into account when negotiating and talking me through the purchase. He was knowledgeable about the building I bought into as well as had a great grasp of the area and building specs. Monte checked in on me while my partner passed and has checked in since I moved in. I am very happy with my home and will go to Monte when and if I am ever ready to sell or move.
