Moe was very kind to help us buy our deeam home in Waterloo. His team spent their valuable time commuting to Waterloo back and forth multiple times for showing our choices and finally we purchased our desired place.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and have asked other real-state agents for help. Some suggesting not to buy, some did not know how much we can afford and so on. We did not know much about the market. Moe is an all-in-one package, in terms of market assessment, value of each property, regions and future growth and many other aspects. He answered all our questions and was always there to explain everything we needed even arranging before/after working hours to match our free time. We went to many showings and he was always very accommodating and able to get us in to see places we wanted quickly. After visiting over 25 cases and hearing his analysis and pros/cons of each property we realised how we were mistaken in choosing our ideal home but rather there were many other parameters we were not considering.
