This is the 2nd time we asked Moe and his team for their advice and service to help us sell our property get a bigger place. They introduced a professional team to renovate our previous house, multiple meetings to go over the best transition based on our financial situation and finally went through over 50 properties with detailed analysis and showings to get the best option. Moe and Team Asgarian are very professional, experienced and dedicated. I had an amazing experience selling and purchasing a home during the pandemic. We were very concerned about our Health and safety wanting to sell during the pandemic, but Moe was able to sell our home exclusively off the market with only 2 showings. We were very happy with the negotiation process and the price we were able to get for our home. Moe was also able to get us the closing date that we wanted so we could arrange everything the way we wanted.
