Mitch helped us more than we can express in words for the purchase of our first home! We are so, so grateful that we met Mitch and had him as our realtor - his intentionality, patience, knowledge of the neighbourhoods, responsiveness and friendliness made us feel reassured and supported 100% of the way. He respected our vision of what we were looking for and we felt he really understood what we wanted to prioritize in a home. You can tell he really cares about his clients. He went above and beyond to communicate with us whenever we had panicked questions about what we were doing.
