Mitch is the best realtor a person could ask for. He is kind and courteous, professional, and was supportive in helping us find what we wanted in a home. He was always quick to respond, and made sure we were well taken care of. As a younger couple buying their first home together, working with Mitch took away a lot of the stress. Mitch is knowledgeable, respectful, personable, professional, and honest. Being from another province, we didn’t know what area we wanted to live in. He was very patient, and his help and knowledge was invaluable to us. When viewing homes, he had great attention to detail, showing us deficiencies we wouldn’t have seen on our own. He helped us find the perfect home in Qualicum beach, and he skillfully negotiated the best price for us. It was a true pleasure spending time with Mitch, and we would highly recommend him.
