Mitch is knowledgeable, respectful, personable, professional, and honest. Being from another province, we didn’t know what area we wanted to live in. Mitch showed us homes in Nanaimo, Nanoose Bay, Parksville, and Qualicum Beach. He was always quick to respond, and informative with our many questions. He was very patient, and his help and knowledge was invaluable to us. When viewing homes, he had great attention to detail, showing us deficiencies we wouldn’t have seen on our own. He helped us find the perfect home in Qualicum beach, and he skillfully negotiated the best price for us. It was a true pleasure spending time with Mitch, and we would highly recommend him.
