SOLD!! If you like the sound of that, I’d highly recommend using Mirjana Wheeler to work with. Mirjana was a joy to work with. We spoke to a number of agents prior to making the right decision. She has a great demeanour, very positive and really made the experience a fun one. Mirjana promised a high level of personal attention. She lived up to that, she always answered questions promptly showed up for appointments on time and steered us through the process and kept us on target. She has a great knowledge of the market and put together a professional marketing package. Included were brochures, videos including the use of drones and a great write up on our property. Mirjana is very skilled at staging as well. I almost wanted to take us off the market and move back in! We ended up with multiple offers. She made sure to keep in close touch with all of the bidders during the process. We were happy to sell well over asking price. Mirjana efforts had a lot to do with that.
