First off, we have used Mirjana for all of our Real Estate needs over the past 6 years. As always, she made selling our home so easy. She took the time to educated us on todays market which is drastically different from the spring market & gave us her professional advice on how to best approach selling a home today. She was only a phone call away to answer any of our questions. To make sure that we didn't miss a step, she sent us a detailed list of things to do. She brought a company in to do a detailed cleaning of the property & made sure that it was spotless by the time it was listed. We were always kept in the loop throughout the entire process, giving us clients feedback. When we sold our home for exactly what we had hoped for, she arranged a Handyman to go and do all the minor repairs that were listed on the inspection list. She took it upon herself to make sure that this entire process was as easy on us as possible on us & although we are both so grateful for this, I think my husband is most grateful as he was still able to go on his Hunting Trip instead of having to stay behind and complete tasks on the inspection list. Mirjana, we can't tell you enough how much we appreciate all that you have done for us. You never missed a beat. We would definitely recommend Mirjana to all of our Family & Friends!
