Milan has been an amazing friend and support throughout my long journey in trying to purchase a home. Before my husband suddenly passed away, he took on the task of a very complicated 3-party deal to pay off the original contractor, the deceased owner and me and my husband, so we could purchase our dream home. Every one of the other people involved, including the other person's realtor were very impressed with his work in clarifying everything, and making it simple and clear for all involved. Then my husband suddenly passed away. Milan took care of all the details to dissolve that purchase agreement. Obviously, I couldn't purchase the home since my husband died. Moving forward, Milan stuck by me through several attempts at purchasing a new home, and helped connect me with 2 amazing mortgage brokers in order to make my dream of home ownership a reality. He has stuck with me through everything - and believe me, it was NOT easy! And Milan has been so supportive and helpful with every single step of the process no matter what came our way. I just cannot recommend Milan enough!!! As a realtor, he definitely goes above and beyond to make the purchase happen. He is ALWAYS supportive, encouraging, positive, non-judgemental, respectful, professional, personable, extremely helpful in every process, and an absolute joy to work with.
