it was a pleasure to work with Michael! Always let you know who was in drivers seat (Client!). When questions arose they were quickly answered. The market was very volatile at the time - it changed every week it seemed as interest rates rose. However there were still multiple offers and Michael handled them all. Even listed in the Toronto market as there seemed some interest there. There are a lot of different strategies when it comes to selling - really is a choose your adventure! it was fun to discuss the pros/cons of each offer with Michael as they happened. This was an estate sale so there was enough drama for everyone. The selling of the home was the least stressful! Michael is also amassing a roster of wonderful associates (electrical, cleaning, windows, photography, junk removal) which was a huge help in our situation. My advice to anyone buying or selling: keep time on your side-avoid 'having to buy or sell' because of other pressures, if you can help it.

Mike is excellent at clear communication, quick response, and customer oriented thoughtfulness. Although market is not unpredictable, he never gave up discussing, planning, and focusing on what we wanted. His character of patience amazed me always. It is much appreciated!
