Mike is absolutely amazing. He was our agent when we bought the house and now, two years later he helped us selling the house as well. His whole team is very professional and I would highly recommend him.

Mike was excellent! As first time home buyers we really had little knowledge of what was required by us, the sellers and our realtor. Mike explained everything to us, and encouraged us to ask questions. He was amazing to have when looking at houses as well. He pointed out flaws with the properties, and things we would have to replace along with estimated costs associated with those things. He also pointed out things we would like, and what would offer an investment for us in the future. We ended up finding the perfect home and he negotiated deals for us and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend Mike Gustus!
