Did a fine job explaining the process and being on hand to support. Mike is direct and understanding and exuded professional integrity. We conducted the transaction from long distance and I felt like I was in great hands.

Mike did just show us around houses. He walked through each and pointed out anything that could be of concern. Creaky floor boards, cupboards not opening/closing properly, dated furnaces. He was informative of potential costs on major or minor repairs that could be needed as well as how to repair. Always honest and upfront. As a first time homebuyer, this was especially important for me as I didn’t know what to look out for. He went through anything I didn’t understand in the inspection report as well as the whole buying process very clearly. I can’t say enough good things about Mike. He was great!
