Recently, I just bought a beautiful home with the help of Mike during the entire 5 month process we have view countless homes while only putting in very few offers and whether we were at house 1 or 100 Mikes due diligence never wavered . Each home he would help me run accurate numbers, give me a good sense market condition his opinion on the home and never seems too pushy like this is just a sale for him. Finally, Mike also has a vast network of contacts (mortgage broker, lawyers, home inspectors etc.) who just like Mike is always just a phone call away. I can’t overestimate the importance of a great agent like Mike makes. He basically got my dream home with an affordable mortgage without him I would have never began this search.
