Mike was excellent to deal with. He accommodated my schedule by lining up viewings on evenings and weekends. If I wanted to look at one particular property, Mike would take the initiative to line up several viewings of similar properties in the same area to compare to and explore all options. He worked with me to get an understanding of what I was looking for and took that information to find me the best property to meet my needs. As a first time home buyer I was unfamiliar with the whole buying process. Mike took the time to explain it in terms that I understand and pointed me in the right direction to secure financing, lawyers, inspections etc. During the negotiations Mike had a plan before making the initial offer and he made a fair deal on my behalf. Overall, the experience was very good and I would use Mike as an agent again.
