He was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our questions, answered them over the phone or text immediately or within short period of time. He took the time to explain every detail and steps for the selling my house and was available whenever we needed him. He was very patient, understanding, helpful. As example, he helped me to remove some unwanted stuff from the house and gave me excellent recommendations where to find a company which removes the rest of unwanted stuff from my house.
