<p>I was living in another town at the time of my purchase so all of the negotiated changes and signing of documents following my initial offer had to be handled through email with electronic signature. Michelle managed this situation with great efficiency making it a very convenient and straight forward process for me.</p>

<p>It was a pleasure dealing with Michelle for our sale.<br /> I was very clear about my expectations in a realtor and she did not disappoint.<br /> Michelle was very enthusiastic, polite and was very quick about getting back to us with information on the sale. I really appreciated that.<br /> I will gladly recommend Michelle and would definitely utilise her real estate services again.</p>

<p>The purchase was a condo under construction. There was a lot of information that required clarification with the developer and our realtor went back and forth to the developer and their lawyer to get our questions answered to our satisfaction.</p>

<p>MIchelle is extremely professional and knowledgeable and a great person to deal with! She helped us sell our house the first day on the market and had very new and innovative marketing ideas!</p>

<p>Our situation was a little tricky because we were not living in the area. We were selling for my Mom who is now living in Vancouver. Michelle was fantastic with the sale and got us our asking price,without having to do a lot of renos. For us this was a huge thing that would have been a real headache.Thank you Michelle for taking such good care of us all!</p>

<p>Michelle acted quickly to get our property listed once we had made the decision to sell. Our first buyer had a number of conditions and requested extensions. When she became aware that we were being delayed, she terminated the negotiations, relisted the property and within three days had another offer. She was acting in our best interests.<br /> We liked the docusign feature as we could electronically sign offers and counter offers. This saved unnecessary trips to her office.<br /> Michelle is personable and has an excellent grasp of the details necessary to complete real estate deals. We highly recommend her.</p>
