<p>Michelle has an outstanding knowledge of the town as she grew up there, which in our opinion is priceless. She is extremely easy to communicate with and is very informative of all the properties we looked at. She is fun, engaging, informative and her attention to our wants and desires did not go unnoticed as she found the property that made us feel like we had found our "HOME". You know that feeling when you know you are done looking and you just want to stay where you are. She has a great feel for the market, both past and present, which helped us negotiate the price we felt was fair. We are glad we met her and super thankful she helped us get what we wanted and more.</p>

Michelle is a caring and professional agent. She took the time to know what we wanted and was patient while we discovered properties and discussed the pros and cons. She knows the area very well, has good connections with contractors, and looks after your interests. Michelle was absolutely amazing. I was looking for a condo in a specific area of Osoyoos within a specific price range. Michelle found it! I purchased it. Being new to the buyers market in British Columbia I had a lot of questions. Michelle took the time to answer every question. If she didn't know the answer she found out right away.
