Michele is an awesome real estate agent. We have moved several times and worked with several agents. Michele is head and shoulders above them all. We've bought two different homes with Michele as our buyer's agent. She made sure to understand what we were looking for in both instances, and kept us out of our own way when we were going down paths that wouldn't make good sense for us. She is protective as a buyer's agent, working hard to steer her clients clear of pitfalls. On our second purchase, which happened during Covid-19, she was beyond patient as we hemmed and hawed about what to do. When we found a property that finally made sense (it took a while as there was not much on the market to see) she expertly steered us through the process of competing bids and helped us get through to a successful outcome while protecting us from the emotional ride. Michele made us aware of important factors impacting our purchase (e.g., situated on a flood plain) so we were informed in our decision-making, in addition, Michele identifies the little details (e.g., there has been more than one occasion where she laid on the floor to visually demonstrate the size of a Queen bed), incorporates our personal preferences within our search criteria (e.g., family heirlooms), and really listens to our needs and wants when it comes to home purchasing while factoring in community growth, proximity to main arteries, spending time filtering searches based on our preferred schools, etc. She has the foresight to show us (or not show us) things that she knows won't work for us as determined by our previous discussions. As our family and housing needs expanded, Michele was instrumental in helping us find our family home and we fully trusted her in the sale of our condo. She brought us competing offers on our condo and got us the best offer we could get on our subsequent family home, saving us tens of thousands of dollars in the process through her keen ear.
