Mike was exceptional throughout the entire process of buying our first home. He came highly recommended after helping my sister buy her first home several years ago. My partner and I felt well taken care of every step of the way. We also felt as though Mike was on our side and wanted to see the best for us. He answered every text and call in a timely manner and his calm demeanour helped us stay level-headed in what can be a stressful process! He is obviously very well-seasoned in his line of work and it showed. We truly felt valued and appreciated as clients. I will highly recommend Mike to others.

What a classy guy! Mike was amazing to work with! Like most Millennial buyers, we spent a ton of time researching and doing our own home searching online, (for months and months) we were buying from out of province and relied heavily on listing accuracy. When we finally found the home we were ready to offer on, it was pretty apparent that we needed boots on the ground to help facilitate the deal. I had spoken to Mike about another listing he was selling and he was so easy to talk to and instantly made me feel comfortable, so he was the first person I thought of when we decided to get representation. Let me tell you, this man loves what he does! There’s no other way to describe it! He drove out the next day at 4am to view the home on our behalf, sent detailed video tours with feedback and things he noticed that might need attention etc. When it came to negotiating (there was competing offers) he gave solid advice and our trust in his 20+ years experience secured us the winning bid. He went to the home for each inspection and kept us informed the entire time, meeting trades and helping us navigate a few different situations that arose, and renegotiating on our offer to address those issues. Being 5000kms away we really had to put trust in Mike to guide and inform us, buying a house is probably one of the biggest transactions/investments you’ll ever do so it was stressful and a bit scary at times but I’m so glad we had him on our side! Mikes assistant Cait was lovely to deal with and very helpful as well. All in all a really pleasant experience! Thanks for being the first person to welcome us to our new home and province Mike, it was a pleasure doing business with you! Will definitely recommend you to anyone looking to purchase/buy a home!
