Mike is an exceptional real estate agent. We have used him for two home purchases, and are now using him again to purchase a rental property. He is an expert follow upper, and understands the market trends in Nova Scotia right now. Mike is knowledgeable about what to watch for in a home you are purchasing, and also asks the tough questions when you are infatuated with a home and have your blinders on as a buyer. He keeps things real and in perspective and will go to bat for you without a moments hesitation. He is intelligent, and I would refer him to anyone buying, selling, or just gaining some information on real estate.
