I enjoyed working with Mike, especially when he absorbs what I asked and comes with excellent proposals. He took time to explain all facets of the process and took charge as though he was the owner. While the unit was under renovations, he quelled other realtors concerns of unit readiness for handover to new tenant. This resulted in a great outcome with the little time we had, due to the last tenant moving out late.
